Happy uhh LATE New Year!

So, Ive only done it a few times...but writing 2013 feels so weird. Crazy!

This past NYE no one really had plans to get together. It was weird. My family has been dumb this year about hollidays so it makes it kind of awkward all together. We all ended up at my Uncle Lupio's house and just hung out, ate some munchies and waited for the ball to drop. I was exhausted so after the big "Happy New Year" Celebration we headed back to my parents and went to bed.

Princess Kitana's First Christmas

Early Christmas Eve we headed over to my parents to make some goodies. Mom and I made chocolate covered pretzels and peanut clusters and cookies. Dad helped her with the peanut brittle and that was that.

We hung out for awhile then went over to my uncle Lupio's for dinner. He made the best pot roast I've ever tasted. Kitana loved it too.


When we headed back to my parents we watched movies and waited for them to get back from Wildhorse. Kitana tried so hard to stay awake but just couldn't. We normally open presents at midnight but she was one tired girl and fell asleep at about 11:30. Isaiah opened his presents then all the fun and excitement was over and we were ready for bed.





As soon as we woke up Christmas day, I was so excited for her to open all her gifts! We went a little crazy with presents for her first Christmas.

(She has an obsession with paper. Correction. She has an obsession RIPPING paper. So I knew this was going to take awhile. ) When she would rip a piece off she would look at it, then continue ripping it into smaller and smaller pieces.

She was bored with all the clothes so switched it up and have her some of the books my mom got her. Success. She loved it so much she decided she was done opening up her gifts. She took off with it and was giving it kisses. Pretty cute.

After what seemed like an hour. We were all done opening presents. Cleaned up and started our day. So... Kitana and I headed home to shower and get ready.

We finished our Christmas with an AMAZING dinner at my grandma and grandpa Castro's house. We had Prime rib, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, green beans, rolls and a bunch of sweets for dessert.


Kitana had some chocolate covered pretzels and la la loved them!
I'm so thankful I got to spend Christmas with my family. And even more thankful that I got to celebrate it with Kitana cause she is my
biggest blessing. <3

I have a blog???

I've come to realize that I've been a horrible blogger lately. With the holidays, babysitting, and a bunch of Kitana's firsts I don't really make time to blog. Being lazy is so much easier.

I guess I'll catch up on everything within the next few days...our at least try. :)

Saturday fun

After having a terrible headache the day before I was a little skeptical about going Christmas Shopping the next day, but I had already told my Aunt that we'd go spend the day together. So Ashley, Kitana, Emilio, my Tia Mine, and myself all huddled up in the Black Stallion (my car) and headed for Tri-Cities. We had a fun filled day of shopping! I found some GREAT I mean GREAT sales! What would have been over $500.00 worth of stuff came out to just over $100!!! Freaking steal.

I also took Miss Kitana to go see Santa at the mall. Let me tell ya...they are SOOOOO not worth it. Super expensive and kind of unprofessional. The workers did not impress me one bit. They missed the few smiles Kitana did give until she started crying. lol. (Picture will come later)

Overall, it was a great day spent with some pretty awesome people. :)

Headache+ babysitting=DISASTER

So when I get a headache..well actually it's a migraine, but when I get one its always so nasty. I can never just get a slight headache. My entire body breaks down. Pukey, pukey, pukey, can barely move, just want to sleep or cry type of a situation.

On Friday, I thought it was going to be the death of me. I woke up okay, and out of no where here comes a nasty nasty one.

I am so so so grateful that Ashley stayed home from work that day to help out with the kiddos. And thank goodness that they were both so good. Jordan especially. Maybe the babies sensed that I was feeling like poo.

I know that it would have been a disaster if I didn't have the help that day. Thanks again to everyone who helped when I was a dying. I seriously couldn't have done it with out you guys.

Early Christmas Present.

Today, my little cousin Chloe came over to play with me and the babies. She loves coming over and eating my snacks, playing with Kitana and doing little girl stuff. She's such a girly girl. It's so cute.

Anyways, she loves coming over then she leaves back home then back over and so on...

After I put the babies down for a nap, I hurried into the bathroom to pee. I peed, wiped, and as I'm getting dressed I casually looked into the toilet and what did I see?

Well, there was a MASSIVE I mean MASSIVE freaking turd. I was so confused. Did I just poop and not even know it>???UHHH Nope!

I thought again...ah hah! It was just Chloe leaving me an early Christmas Present I guess???

10 Reasons why Kitana wishes she was bigger...

1. That way she can eat all the food on a spoon. (Not just the tip like she does now.)
2. Dance parties.
3. Walking on the bed or the moon, whichever comes first.
4. So that she doesn't feel like she's on the Matrix all the time.
5. So she can cook her own food and eat whenever she wants.
6. No more car seats...that's for babies.
7. Big girl undies...or none at all.
8. She could have her own phone.
9. She would actually enjoy going down for a nap.
10. She could do whatever she wants and not get in-trouble for it!!!
