Life Update.

I've been doing a whole lotta nothing lately and loving every single minute of it! Here's a quick run-down of our events lately...

* Jordan is back, HEALTHY!

* Kitana is 14+ months..and still a genius.

* Lisha and her family came down to visit for Spring Break.

* Finally got to meet, hold, and love on baby Lily.

* Ash got a new job.

* Softball season started. I miss being out there!

* I'm in need of a part-time job.

* I've been a lazy bum.

*Kitana can say SO SO SO many words now...learning new ones daily.

* I'm still fat..really needing some inspiration and motivation. Ugh!

* I can't wait to start school again. Maybe Summer term?

* Speaking of Summer...get here faster.

 

RSV.

Kitana tested positive for RSV this morning when I took her in. She also has an ear infection and was running a fever all night. She could hardly breathe and was so uncomfortable cause of the fever. We didn't get much sleep last night at all, so its nap time for us girls!

Sad is an understatement.

I've been eating terrible, not working out, and really not in the mood for anything lately. I've just been so sad lately.

My baby cousin Jordan, (who I babysit) hadn't been himself. He had gotten a really bad cough, not breathing well and was super tired and clingy. I knew something wasn't right.

The first thing diagnosed was RSV, then he went back the next day and after doing an x-ray, they found pneumonia in both lungs. And he was super dehydrated and was running a fever of 103+, so they decided he  would stay the night at Good Shepard hooked up on IV fluids...until he took a turn for the worst. That same night he was life flighted to OHSU (Dorenbecher Children's Hospital) because the amount of oxygen that they were giving him here wasn't enough for his poor little body.

He's been there for a few days now and not much progress has been made. He's still sedated..pretty much in a coma, hooked up on breathing tubes and feeding tubes, and has a pic line running through his arm.

All of this saddens me so much! I can't imagine in my worst nightmares how it'd feel to sit and watch my poor child lay there helpless. :(

***Kitana is also getting sick. :( fever the last two days, not wanting to eat, and getting a nasty cough. Please pray for these two babies, especially Jordan to get through this! I can't wait to see that cheeky smile I love so much and for my little princess to be back to the little diva girl that she is.

Baby, where did you go?

This was like 6 months ago! So so so crazy. I don't even remember her being that chubby. She was so chubby, so cute and so little compared to now.

Gender Reveal Party.

Saturday, I got the chance to attend and be a part of a "gender reveal party." (It's a party telling everyone what they are having, boy or girl.) It was so much fun! They had it at this really cute little wine place in Richland, called Casa Vino?? Or something like that? As we got there we voted on what we thought the baby was. I voted girl! I just had a feeling I guess? And after we awaited a balloon release, my vote was correct! <3 She's having a girl!!!!! I am beyond excited for her to become a new mom and get to experience all that being a mom has to offer; the late night feedings, the poopy diapers, the crying...the moment you see your child and really know what love is, the feeling you get when they smile at you, and everything else having a child can give you. I know she is going to be a great mom!!!! And that baby is going to be spoiled rotton :) and probably be the best dressed kid I know! Once again I am soooo excited for her and this awesome experience that she gets to go through! Yay for more babies!

This week's update...

19 miles and no weight loss or gain.
Ate terrible so it was expected... Next week gonna hit it even harder and back to healthy eating.

This is her "cheese" face. She even says it while I'm taking the picture. So flippin cute! :) Haha She's pretty adorable if your ask me!

PS my daughter isn't that bad, not nearly as bad as the last post made her seem, but sometimes just sometimes, she gets a little crazy. :)
