Some progress is better than none.

I'm trying to stay positive about eating right and working out and not seeing the results I want... I know it takes time but I'm very impatient with these things. I only lost 3 lbs. my first week and I weigh in again tomorrow.

This week's food intake hasn't been the greatest but it hasn't been terrible either. And, I've increased my miles already for the entire week and added in legs and abs! BOOM!

Today I'm going to do a double workout to try and get my booty in shape! I'm not giving up this time! Won't do it-NOPE! :)
